Logo at top

Not to nitpick and it's not a huge deal but what would be the possibility of replacing the logo at the top of the board with the current one?

The logo currently up there is the one they ditched back in '02 to go to the fully worded version...

Again, not a big deal but it might be more accurate with the current logo.
 
When I designed the logo, I did not think the full Northern Colorado logo looked as good, nor did the logo with 'Bears on top and 'UNC' on the bottom. It was simply my preference, but I can try it again and see what everyone thinks.
 
UNC went to the "Northern Colorado" logo so as not to be confused with North Carolina. I know that when I applied, I was preparing to pack for Chapel Hill and not Greeley. Imagine my horror when I realized my mistake. Personally, I always confuse USC with South Carolina and I could never figure what the big rivalry with UCLA was. The point is ...we are UNC and I guess to a certain extent, Northern Colorado. This is not the hill that I'm going to die on so let the banner be what ever it's going to be. I guess you could have the Bear with the UNC logo underneath with a "NORTHERN COLORADO BEARS" next to it.
 
How about something like this where we have our own Front Range as our part of the Big Sky theme.

The logo currently at the top is nice. Kinda cool actually. The one posted by budbear is also nice. I don't think you guys can go wrong with either one. I must admit, I do like the new site.
 
I do like the idea of the sky logo, I am trying to find a picture that has the campus and the mountains under a beautiful sky... it used to be on the website somewhere... but I cant seem to find it now.
 
I think you're on to something. I haven't seen a picture like you're talking about but it sounds like it'd be a good one.

Pick up the pace and get it done already :P

I would like to keep the logo at the top, but if anyone has any creative ideas on how to intergate this into the site, let me know. I was thinking of perhaps a "Proud Member of the Big Sky Conference" logo somewhere...
