Looking ahead to 2010 Hornet Football

I thought it would be interesting to start talking up what next season could look like for the Hornets...

-What will our OOC schedule look like (Stanford, Cal Poly?, DII? etc...)?

-Key Returners / Losses on offense and Defense

-McCleod Bethel Thompson or Jason Smith (Or Gio Carmazzi for SH)?

-Will Hilliard be the "old" Hilliard?

-RB Depth (Do we RS Crox or McCowan?)

-Stadium Improvements (Completion of the REC center and the new turf)

-Will 'ol Lou be back?

-Big Recruits

-Can we continue the streak agains the farm extension?

-Strength of the WR group with Reed, Lane, Hendershott, and Deadder returning

-Buchannan Nominee Christian Clark???

-Attendance

Lets hope Harbaugh takes the Notre Dame gig, otherwise that game will be tough.

Recruiting a new QB, MBT and Smith will be seniors and Carmazzi will be new and unproven.

Recruiting a RB who is built like a tank and can take 30-40 poundings through the line.

Replacement for Bill Sherman, the dude was an unspoken NT who did his job well.

Attendance, can we break the 10K average mark for the season with no UC Farm Extension at home.

Find a way to limit opponents from scoring 21 pts. or less per game.

Find a way for the Mayor to recognize Sac State Day for a home game...ie. fill the stadium.

Have more home games than away games.
