• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

M: 2014-15 BSC Outlook

It's nice to be part of the argument. I can see us in it to the end if we can win a few more road games. I believe we will make the tournament and have a chance at winning it if we can avoid injuries. NAU, Weber, and EWU are all going to be tough. This is definitely our best team EVER in D1.

Hi all,

I come around here every so often, but in case you don't know, I write a blog on the Big Sky. Every year, I like to go long-winded with my preview, in this case totaling 13K words. If you are interested in reading (probably in parts!), check out the link here -

Thanks! Let me know what you think, or if you have any thoughts or questions....

Jon at bigskybball.com has posted an updated prediction based on what he has seen from the BSC in OOC games:

Well done as always Jon, keep up the good work. :thumb:

I haven't paid as close attention as Jon has, but my feeling is that the conference is up for grabs heading into BSC play. EWU has had the most impressive play and biggest wins for the conference in OOC games. I agree with Jon that as of now they are the "favorites". After that I think it is a free for all.

After last nights game in Provo where Portland only lost by 9 to BYU in front of 17000 fans, I guess our loss to Portland doesn't look so bad. I haven't seen anything to show me Weber is an over .500 BSC team. Their only decent win was against Oral Roberts at home and they needed a last second 3 ptr to get that win. NAU is anyones guess but we will get the first look at them Thursday. EWU seems to be coming back to earth but they are definitely the front-runner. We need to get off to a good start against NAU. Come out loud to the Nest and tape the football game for later. Need to have the Nest buzzin Thursday night.
