He was to play the last series of the Texan game but the 49ers didn't get the ball back. Hoping he makes the practice squad. They've been working his @ss off in camp the last couple weeks and whatever happens, there is no bad ending to this one.

All the best to the Hornets this year. Hope all the work of the last several years comes together this year and would REALLY like to see them kick some butt in the division..... :lol:

Mac was released from the roster this morning but asked to report Sunday AM to sign a practice squad contract.

For those interested, with the signing of QT Scott Tolzien by the 49ers, Mac was released from the practice squad today. Tolzien was the 3rd string QB for the Chargers and looked great in the 49er game. He should be an excellent addition to the roster.
