USA Today came out today with their annual survey of athletic department spending by state schools. Here is what the Idaho and Big Sky schools did with their budgets in 2014:

* Subsidy means the sum of student fees, direct and indirect institutional support and state money.

Idaho State looks good in this regard; also, keep in mind the 3 California schools and North Dakota have additional revenue generating sports.
