I wish that EWU would take down the inferior bleachers on the visitors side of the stadium. It reflects poorly on my University as a whole and screams of second rate institution. At this point if the admin isn't going to do anything to improve the stadium(for a FBS move) just drop Football and replace that erector eyesore with this huge sign..at least it would makes us all warm and fuzzy. Merry Christmas!!!

I don't want us to move up unless there is a separation of the big 5 conferences. Playing in the FBS as it is now should not be part of the conversation for EWU. :twocents:

Absolutely no FBS unless a third, middle tier is spun out of D1 to include the lower level of BS schools and the upper echelon of FCS schools. No way on Earth do I want to follow in Idaho's footsteps.

But beyond that, I absolutely agree. It's time for action on the stadium. Anything is better than nothing being done year after year.
 
LaDopaPDX, I agree with all the sentiments reference the visitor Side. It have to damn long waiting for something to happen on the Gateway Project. That is why I have said I have given on anything happening
anytime soon. Maybe they will get something going prior to my leaving this life. I know many of you have been talking about for some time, and no one seems to be hearing our "VOICES". Merry Christmas to all. Hoping for all great things to all. Vic Wallace
 
That would be a great Christmas present. I'm tired of hearing the same "we don't have 74 million dollars" spiel. We only need a few million dollars to fix that side of the stadium.
