Should be a fun, competitive game. Hope the fans turn up in big volume.

My key for Eastern down the stretch is limiting turnovers. Sometimes we shoot great, other times not so much. But when we turn the ball over a bunch, we tend to play really poorly.

We have to stop turning the ball over. Especially the unforced version. We also can't get complacent when we have the lead. It's like we start coasting. When we have a team on their heels, we have to learn how to put them away. We can't let the other team believe they can win. It's one thing to get the lead, It's another thing to put a team away.

Thurs. NAU led big at half and disposed of @Idaho. 2/15 close at half then beat SUU convincintly at home. 2/13 got killed @home vs UNC. and the game before that also lost to Weber by 6 @Weber.
*EWU favored by 7 we should win by 10.
**Start fast against these guys and don't look back!

We should win this game by eight to fourteen points. NAU is a very solid team and they easily disposed of Idaho (at Idaho) who we lost to at home. Let's put two halves together today. If we can do that, I don't care who we're playing....

They're shooting 47% from three-point land and we are only shooting 25% from three-point land. Both teams have roughly 15 attempts from outside. Our points In the paint are killing them right now. We have 22 and they only have 10. Let's keep pounding it inside.

Way to finish that game out. We could have easily let them back in it like we have been doing lately. I believe they got to within 6 there at the end. And then we reversed the trend. Solid win!

I love Jacob Groves' game. That kid is gritty and has the potential to be a star. He's as tall as Peatling and he has guard-skills. Going to be fun to watch him develop over the years. Bright, bright future!

You nailed that one Dopa, only 5 turn overs. I don't recall a game when the Eagles had 0 blocked shots. And again an awesome game for Mason, 27 points and 15 rebounds. https://goeags.com/sports/mens-basketball/stats/2019-20/northern-arizona-university/boxscore/4486
