this list will change a lot during the course of the year. I predict Lillard will stay and Weber State for his senior year.

When I saw this a couple things I thought of, first We need a billboard in this town marketing Damian Lillard and the upcoming bball season. (I contacted the property owner some time ago who use to have the "Welcome to Wildcat Country" sign on Harrison that Ogden City allowed, to see if they would let me put up a Weber State Athletics sign/billboard, and had no luck with her. Anybody have any connections here?) I think she became the owner after the sign was up. Second when does the schedule come out? and when are we playing BYU? I am already looking forward to watching Lillard school Jimmer. Lillard grabbing NBA scouts attention is only going to help us in recruiting Woods, Baker, Taylor and others.

It's true that the list will change a lot during the year, but the fact he is on it this early tells me that NBA scouts are already looking at him. If he has a good year he may end up going higher in the first round. I'm sure he wants to finish his degree, but if you have a good shot at going in the first round after your junior year you should take it since its guaranteed money. Better to do that and finish your degree later than to wait another year to enter the draft at the risk of not going in the first round. Just ask Harold.

Lillard is amazing, and it would be sad to see him leave after his junior season (I think he will stay all 4), but as Wildcat fans we've got to be happy for him and hope the best for him. He deserves it, but nonetheless, I really think Weber has the chance to have, perhaps, one of the best recruiting classes since the Bruce Collins era.
Woods, Baker, and Taylor along with a solid big, the kid from Murray (he is rough, but I think he is going to turn into a star), and a wing would set Weber up for years to come. Three proven recruits who each have specific attributes akin to them, when put together...WOW!! Taylor (passing and the floor QB) at the 1, with Baker (ability to penerate and open up the outside) and Woods (good outside shooter and excellent play making ability) playing the 2 and 3 respectively...Add a decent wing (6-6 kid from Oakland perhaps) and a good solid big...Yeah, Weber is going to be good. STAY RAHE STAY!!
Oh, Don't forget that Hajek is in the wings. He is going to be a beast. Rahe totally stole one when he got Hajek. The Kid is only 17 and he is already 6-9 250...He has the potential to grow another two to three inches. YIKES!! WEBER NEEDS TO START MARKETING RAHE AND HIS TEAMS. There is no reason for the fans not to come out and support the CATS. The Dee should be sold out at least once this season when the Y comes to town...
Also, just for kicks and giggles...Weber has three underrated ahtletes joining the team this fall. Richardson, Bamforth, and Tresnak are each going to make an immediate impact. Richardson is going to be backing up and guarding Lillard everyday. He wasn't on the best team in Cali, and I really think that hurt him in recruiting. Also, he moved between his jr and sr season, which didn't help things either. Bamforth, when he is on, is virtually impossible to stop and Tresnak. I think Tresnak is going to be very Art/Smith in apperance once he gets going.
