Probably not, but there have been some interesting things happening around the NCAA.
For one, NCAA considering uniform rule enforcement in 2026 for D1. I for one, like it. I feel a team is exactly that. A team, not individuals who dress however they want just to look cute. NFL doesn’t allow it.
NCAA targets exposed calves in latest proposed college football rule change
This has nothing to do with the NCAA, but how about Cincinnati suing QB Brandon Sorby for $1MM after transferring. That’s not the only school suing players over contractual obligation. This looks like the beginning of athlete-as-employee litigation. Coaches are quitting over these things and now it looks like schools are getting tired of it. Could it be the start of the NIL tighting?
