Browsing the forum and the WSU commercial with the Olympic runner comes on ( I know we have all seen it) and Im just wondering when its time for a new commercial. We just had ROY D Lill, Solid womens soccer, cross country champions and many other WSU feats and we are still playing this same commercial. I think that athletics needs to make there own with ticket packages and up coming games or even just a generic weber state sports one and just put it on local channels. Obviously I dont know how much something like that would cost but it would defiantly help to continue to raise weber state athletics awareness along the Wasatch front
 
Anything would help. Yeah, don't know the cost but at least there would be another marketing and recruiting tool for our own backyard. It's pretty disappointing when I see and hear more about USU right here in WEBER county. There's probably as much for byu and the pukes, too, but maybe I tune them out easier. It's hard to understand why Weber isn't doing a better job of riding the Great Dame, I'll bet anything that he's more than willing to help.
 
The Lindsey Anderson commercial was actually developed (and funded) by Weber State's communications office, not athletics. The commercial is a university promotion, not just an athletics one.
 
No I understand that it is a university commercial. Im saying we need an athletics one that has up coming games or just a generic athletics commercial. They could at least integrate the university and athletics into one commercial and that would be a start.
