• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Looks like our last grant has been filled with 6'9'' combo big man Dima Zdor. He is an athletic player who can score from anywhere on the floor. He handles the ball well and is said to be a great team mate.

This is a good player to add to an already great team.

Here is the SEs piece on it.

Nice addition by Coach. Everyone keeps saying he is a 3 star recruit, which is awesome. Kupsas is a Rivals 3 star as well. That means Randy has signed two 3 star bigs in the past 7 months. I'm really liking the dynamics presented by this class. And, thankfully, this season we have more depth and decent returning experience. Regardless, I am not a fan of having 6 freshmen joining the program each year. Hoping that the majority stay the course and are with us this time next year.

Wow...USUfans.com has come unglued because of the Zdor commitment to Weber State. He was getting a lot of love from TD and his staff and the situation changed. That change probably really helped Weber be in the position to recruit Zdor harder and possibly get a commitment out of him (which ended up happening). Regardless, a lot of angst against the Cats up North. After Weber, I've always liked to show the Aggies some love, but their fan base has me questioning any sort of support for them (I almost think they are becoming the BYU of the North).

I have always had respect for USU. They were once the big dog in the state, but dropped significantly when the money started flowing to the bigger markets. For being in a small market, they still do well. I agree that their fan base is a bit unrealistic, but at least they are involved and active. There is certainly no reason to be upset with us. Their own coaching staff dropped the ball, and the university dropped the ball when firing TD. At the end, USU was not even in his top 6. I will continue to support, from afar, the aggies because of our history with them. :coffee:
