New ISU Assistant Soccer Coach?

I have heard rumors of a potential new assistant coach for the ISU soccer team: Becky Hogan. Becky Hogan brings a wealth of experience to ISU. She has her USSF "A" license, an honor only a handful of soccer coaches ever achieve. She was the assistant coach for Winthrop College and was the director of development and a head coach for the Utah Avalanche, one of the top clubs in the country. Her club teams have won numerous state championships. have been nationally ranked, and many of her players have been nationally ranked and gone to top colleges around the country. She has also been an ODP coach for many years. As a player, she was All-Big 12 for Nebraska for three years, leading her team to a final four appearance in the college cup. She also has professional playing experience with the Boston Breakers. Not only will Coach Hogan bring great coaching talent to the Bengals, she also provides a great recruiting resource with contacts with many of the top Utah and western region players. If this rumor is true, this is truly exciting news for ISU fans and players. Hideki will be missed, but it speaks volumes for ISU's potential if we could attract a coach like Becky Hogan as the new assistant coach.
