Last night I mentioned that Trace Bevell was no longer the head coach at Western Wyoming CC. I have now heard from two separate sources that he is in the mix for a spot on Bill Evans’ new staff at Idaho Staff. Evans, the former head coach at Southern Utah, took over at ISU a few weeks ago and has been working hard to assemble his staff.

Is there any chance Jim Potter remains on the staff?

I have heard that there is a good chance Potter remains. In fact he was at the Evan's presser.

I also thought that they would have the coaches named this last week. Maybe they have the staff, but are working out contracts.

I am hearing that we should expect announcement this next week. The top two assistants have been hired, just waiting on administrative clearance.

The names that I am hearing are very solid coaches. This will be a good staff with a good mix of regional and JC connections.
