I like the hire. Brings a ton of experience and has already been OC at two FBS schools, including Fresno St and Utah. Also coached at Montana. He's very familiar with the state and conference. But, hasn't coached the past two seasons.

Coached against Weber in 2012 with Fresno. I like that he has an existing working relationship with coach Hill. Should be a good fit.
