Hot damn! That made my day.

My two favorite quotes from the new Prez are:
"I just want to make it very clear that I am totally, 100 percent committed to football at Portland State," Wiewel said. "You cannot have a serious university in this country without taking football seriously and without taking athletics seriously."
and
"We are a very serious, first-rate institution, and therefore we're going to take football very seriously, and we're going to take a lot of the other sports very seriously, too. I want this to be a place where people want to come, where they can see their social life revolving around the university ... and you can't do that unless you take your sports very, very seriously."
He talks the talk, lets see how he walks. Very good first impression, I'm cautiously optimistic.
