The basketball program really is dead :x Usually when we get a new recruit its posted asap. haha. Anyway. Looks like a 3/4 type of player. Has not really played in 2 years, but was a big time recruit 2 years ago. 3 years of eligibility so that's good. We really need to upgrade the athleticism in the post. Hope he pans out.

Huge gamble by Randy. The kid might have been a four star, but has been injury prone. He had ACL surgery on Tuesday and that isn't a 4-6 month recovery. At the very least, maybe 6, but it could be upwards to 12 months. Meaning, he, most likely, should not even step on a basketball court until November, and not even play/cut until next February or March. We need another big who can contribute this season. What fantasy land is Randy living in? I mean, this gamble could definitely work out, but if Randy really cares about the athlete, he won't be depending on him contributing next season.

Huge gamble is right. Rahe has lost his mind. Has already transferred from two schools (St John's and Iona) without ever playing a minute at either. Only averaged 5 pts in 11 games at a JC this season. Also coming off at least his second major injury.

I think more of a downside than upside with this player. Rahe is getting so desperate, that he will take anyone that plays the part. I feel so bad for these players that come here to play. I do not believe that Rahe has the fire that he once had. I think he knows that under him, the program has peaked. He needs to do the honorable thing and step-down. It seems with out player turnover over rate, we are constantly in rebuild mode. I would love for Rahe to have major success here, but I just do not see it happening. We need some younger blood up in here to infuse some moxie within the program. Please see Coach Hill for reference.

Not rippin on the guy, but seriously he won't be able to do much, if anything, until maybe January. We need a big who can play immediately. And what if one of our bigs gets injured? We are totally screwed. Weber, with Morris, if he comes back, will only have 5 fully healthy guys ready to go.

I have heard that his rehab is going better than expected and that he could be cleared to play as early as this summer sometime. This may turn out to be a great recruiting move by Randy. We may have stolen a high major player because others were scared off by his knee surgery. Great move by our coaching staff.
