Bio: Robby Case enters his first season as a member of the Sacramento State coaching staff. Case will serve as the team’s offensive assistant where he will work primarily with the receivers.
Case most recently served as the receivers coach at Chadron State in 2008. That season, the Eagles posted an 11-2 overall record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Div. II playoffs. Chadron State also had a prolific offense which averaged 368.0 yards per game. Case coached one of the team’s top offensive threats in Brandon Harrington. The freshman caught a school record 82 passes for 899 yards and nine touchdowns and earned all-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference honors..
Prior to working with at Chadron State, Case was a student assistant at Fresno State in 2007, where he coached receivers. With the Bulldogs, he worked under offensive coordinator Jim McElwain (currently the OC at Alabama) and was part of a team which faced Georgia Tech in the Roady’s Humanitarian Bowl.
A native of the Sacramento area, Case is a 2003 graduate of Galt High School. He played football for the Warriors as a left tackle, earning all-conference honors as well as serving as a captain. He graduated from Fresno State in 2007.
