New Turf At Hornet Stadium

I knew the stadium was finally getting a new rug but I didn't want to post about it until the school talked about it first. This replaces the turf put in when the Mountain Lions came to Sacramento. I can't wait to see games on it starting this fall!

That looks sharp. End zones contrast well with the track and the lettering along the home sideline is a nice touch. Well done. :clap:
 
I agree, SD. The field DOES look nice, particularly if it's real grass. I WOULD like to see a much yellower "gold" in the end zones, though....
 
Looks good, gold already looks faded. Maybe a yellow would have been better?
Yellow/Gold is an expensive dye and that plastic is brutalized on these hot, cloudless summers. I can see how it fades quickly.
