Blair Cavanaugh is transferring from Oregon State to Portland State. He is enrolling in school for the semester beginning Monday and will participate in spring practice.

Father is Mike Cavanaugh, formerly the Beavers O-Line coach. He went with Mike Riley to Nebraska.

Now why would Coach Cavanaugh (OSU, now Nebraska) have his son play here? Better fit? More playing time? Likes Barnum? Blair's but 5-9 but must have been coached up well.

Any word on Isaac Dixon, the DB from UO, transferring to Portland State?
