WSU will be launching a new and much improved athletic web somewhere around Aug. 1st. This will be a much needed improvement.

Im sure it will still be lame, they will still only update it once a year which is the only problem with the current site.

At least wsubball.com will have daily updates as we near bball season...which is its whole point of existing. The only problem is its only about WSU basketball.

I think the school should have students in charge of the athletics website since they are more involved and can keep it updated enough that we would actually want to check it often.

The new website should be up later this week. The website will be www.weberstatesports.com.
The company who put together the Boise Athletics website is also doing the new Weber website.

the new site looks pretty good but they dont understand that to make the site good they actually need to update it more than 5 times a year!!

The newest article in football is - WSU hosts Sac State...that was 2 weeks ago!

The newest article from basketball is from April

lol - my apologies wsu-ites! I don't mean to be drinking Hatorade intentionally, I just love WSU hoops and hate waiting from March to October waiting for the season to start!!!

I hope the fans and purple pak are ready for Nov 10! Double header - Fort Lewis @ WSU (football) & USU @ WSU (bball)

I don't know about Neffminor but I sent an email to the WSU employee who runs the site. His name is Darrin something or other, anyway, I told him we don't care what it looks like as long as it actually gets updated more than once a year!

Darrin has been pretty good about responding to my emails, and they are open to any suggestions that we all may have. They want the website to be as good as it can possibly be.

We need him to add this forum, wsubball.com, & the Purple Pak's site to the Links on the schools site. I asked him but he never replied which I was expecting.

Does anyone hate the whole clicking on the picture thing to read the articles of the most recent games?

It's really annoying that you have to click those pics and that the articles aren't always below with the other articles.
