This is a team that it's hard to know much about. They were blown out by Stanford in their opener, played a DII, then lost 49-21 to Colorado State. They do seem to have a good defense and maybe the best back in the conference.

Indeed. They aren't one dimensional like many imply when they bring up Manzanares. They throw the ball about as much as they run the ball.

Manzanares has been injured all season, which would explain their lack of production. He didn't play in the first two games and in the third he only had six carries. I wonder if he will be in good health for our game.

They're coming off of a bye week, so that could be one advantage for them. Then again, I haven't felt like our best efforts the past few years have been games where we're coming off of a bye.
