• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Nice Performance by ISU Women

The ISU women cruised to a nice 88-46 exhibition win over D-2 Alaska Fairbanks today. Brooke Blair and Grace Kenyon look like the clear leaders of this team. Blair had 20 points and just looks like she's taken her offensive game to another level. Kenyon came back strong from an ACL injury, posted a double-double (13 points, 11 rebounds) and appears totally comfortable back on the floor.

The three freshmen were a nice surprise, combining for 26 points, including Bianca Thacker's 13 points on 5 of 6 shooting. All three still need some seasoning and strength but I expect all three to be contributors sometime this season.

The Bengals have a lot of depth at the 1 through three spots, but they need to see growth from Lindsey Brown and Jenna Morch in the post. Redshirt freshman Sai Tapasa, another potential post contributor, did not play today as a precaution as she continues to come back from knee surgery. Kenyon got the call at the four spot and she looks like an all conference candidate. But the Bengals go pretty small when she's not in the game.

Good start, there is a lot of talent on this team, and it's going to be fun to watch them grow. I also expect at least four players to sign with ISU during the early signing period next week.
