Anyone see his game at the Dee on Monday? He has another game in the state playoffs at the Dee today/tonight? Anyone see him or have any info about his games?

I went to the game on Monday and the kid looked good. I liked a lot of what I saw, and hated some others.
Things that I liked:
The kid can dribble, and get to the hoop. He brings the ball up the floor for CHS a lot of the time. He has a hard time breaking the press, but that is not a worry for Weber, because they have a solid line of ball handlers coming into the program.
He is a great slasher. There was one play in the game that CHS put Camron Evens at the high post, and sent Thompson on a back cut to the Hoop. Evans got him the pass, and nick finished strong at the hoop.
Things that I wonder about/did not like:
Thompson did not box out one time during the game. He was near the ball for most of the rebounds, but just out of position for them. But I look at it like this. He has always been taller then every one that he has played against, and has never had to be in position to get a rebound. You can teach players how to box out.
Thompson did not take any jump shots that I remember, so I can not comment on his shooting, but he never really looked like he wanted to take that shot.
Hopefully that is some insite that will help you all get a feeling for what and who this kid is.

Look for this Camron Evans to come back though Weber after two years at a JuCo. That kid has some good up side. another CHS kid
