In retrospect, I wasn't overly disappointed with the last game. Given Juma is out of foul rouble, and with Deonte and Dupree in the game in the second half, I think we'd have won relatively easily.
Even missing 3 starters, I thought our subs did well. We also stopped going inside in the second half, which was, as Marty said, poor coaching. The ball always has to go inside (through the post) first. Then we play better, and it makes the outside shotting better. We jacked up way too many 3's without ever setting up the offense and putting the ball inside to Scott.
These are adjustments we can make, and yet despite all these problems, the game was still ours for the taking. Very positive signs, in my view.
