Northwest Nazarene

Our second game in the Boise round robin is against DII Northwest Nazarene on Saturday. The Nighthawks, from just outside of Boise in Nampa, are officially 4-0, although they did lose an exhibition game to College of Idaho earlier. This will be their second game against a DI opponent as they will face Idaho on Friday after we play UC Santa Barbara. Sophomore guard Sam Roth is from Silverton.

This game just got tougher. Friday was not a good day for the Big Sky in Boise.

We need to get this win. We can't look past NW Nazarene.

Good win for the good guys, 91-75. :thumb:

25-point halftime lead and it stood up. After NW Nazarene beat Idaho last night, this had me nervous. Good win!

I'm going to assume that free throw shooting will be an issue this season.

At least the three pointers were going in. Here is the writeup from Mike Lund, goviks.com

Strickland only played 5 minutes. Did he get injured?
