So, Seattle beat Fresno St. That use to be a big win, but I don't think it is anymore. Weber should have beaten the best WAC team last friday (damn shooting woes). Anyway, does Weber finally break out of their shooting woes or does the sub 20% 3pt shooting continue? Know matter, so far, I've really been pleased with the defense, they need to cut down on the fouls, but other than that the team has looked great. Has anyone else seen the Turnover average for the games? WOW... very impressive, especially with how quick the team plays.

Areas of concern:
1. Field goal percentage, specifically 3pt (D'uh).
2. Play of Big Men, especially Panos. Weber needs him to be on the floor longer and stay out of foul trouble. Other than that, I think he's doing fine.
3. More assists.

Great points. I agree with what you have said. Shooting is one of those things that can be tricky - you just need to start hitting some and then the flood gates will open (so I hope).

Lets look at some of the positives:

1. Forced Turnovers
2. Determination and a no quit attitude
3. Speed and depth

I really don't understand why you are upset with the assists. To me the team hasn't been lacking in that area.

Game Day/ Big Day
Here's hoping for a win in Seattle on the road to get back on track, and a selection into the playoffs.

It would be an early Christmas present, one every Wildcat wants.

So far Weber is looking pretty good. Hughey, is playing very well, thats really good to see. Hansen has got to start hitting his 3's.

Charles Garcia has got to be stopped. Panos is not the guy to do it. He is to slow to guard Garcia. Sounds like Weber is getting homered again. 8-4 fouls right now and a dunk was taken away from Lillard "Charge" yeah...whatever.

Garcia has 20pts at half-time. Is there anyone on the Weber bench who can limit him? The biggest problem is our defense. Also, a few to many TO's.

Good Hell!!! How on Earth does a DI Independent have so many talented players? Garcia, Levier, Burrell... These guys are legit. I hope the Cats start playing some tough D and can turn up the offense. In my opinion, I think Hansen needs to sit, and bring Session back in. Lillard, Hughey, Session, Bullinger, and Panos, should start the 2nd half. Oh well, Nick is a streaky shooter, so who knows, maybe he'll start connecting on his shots.

Cat's not quiting but did they dig too big of a hole to get out of again? Down 8 with 4 min left in the game.

Cats lose: 91-87...give Seattle credit. They have a really good team that can put up some points.

If anyone would have told me that Weber would be 0-3 right now, I would have called you a liar. All three of the loses have been winnable games. What will it take for the Cats to get over the top and get some W's? I hope Weber gets one on Tuesday against Western State. I really thought Weber would be undefeated heading into the BYU game. Oh well... I really like how this team will not give up, eventually good things are going to start happening for them.

This team fights all the way to the final buzzer, this team has alot of spirit, and they are getting better as the games go by, by time conference starts, this Wildcat team will be the team we expected them to be.
