Obligatory Transfers Thread

I guess it's possible to get a transfer over the summer, but Most transfers happen prior to Spring practices. I guess we'll see, but I'd day the odds are considerably less than they would be during the winter.
 
I don't think there is a cut-off so long as their academics are in order. There have been situations where guys have transferred once the season has already been underway and still played that same season.
