# of wins for WSU 2008

Are there a minimum number of D1 wins required to go to the FCS playoffs?

If so, we will probably have to take 7 of the 8 Big Sky games to go to the playoffs.

Victories over Dixie State and Montana Western will not count, so that means we will have to notch at least nine regular season wins.

On the other hand, if we surprise either Hawaii or Utah...

They will get 8 wins, and it doesn't matter if there is a minimum of wins as long as you win the conference. the BSC has 1, soon to be 2 automatic bids to the 1-AA playoffs.

Weber State will not beat either UH and UU, I can guarantee that.
See my post here to know why

OK, then! Bet ya a friendly cup of coffee (or postum, or whatever) that Weber State does better against the odds for the Hawaii game than PSU does against Wazzou. Winner can pay off at the WSU-PSU game in Ogden 01 November. If you do not attend in person you can name your proxy.

Game on, PSUViking?!?
