STUDENT BUS TRIP TO IDAHO STATE NOV 8 - $15

Lets hit the Road!

Student Alumni / Purple Pak will be taking a Road Trip for the Idaho State Game on Saturday, November 8th!

For those of you that missed the trip to Northern Arizona this is your chance to be on the trip that everyone will be talking about.

Here are the details:

Bus will leave at 10:30 a.m. from the Alumni Center parking lot located behind the Weber State Credit Union

Aaron Starks and Troy Poll have gotten lunch donated from Sonora Grill and Roosters.

Snacks on the bus will be provided by Bistro 258.

Game Time is 1:35 p.m.

Payment will be required to secure your reservation.

Don't miss out on this trip and lets keep the winning streak alive for the Wildcats!

refreshments will be served on the bus

I hope its not more than $10-15 so we can get a lot of students/fans to go...

Would be nice to see a cheap trip and take a lot of busses. I think if its $25 a lot of peeps wont go. Personally, I will just drive if its much more than the face value of the game ticket. But the down side is I think more will go if they can ride the bus.
 
The Wildfan Saturn will be making the trip from Tremonton to Pocatato that day. I’m supposed to have the little Wildfans with me that weekend, but depending on the psychoses of the soon-to-be-x-Mrs.-Wildfan at that time, that may or may not happen. If I end up having empty seatbelts, I would be happy to provide transportation for a few other Wildcat fans.

You can only drive other WSU fans if you provide free food from the Pie Dump...
 
I am fairly confident that the cost will be more than $25. Part of the increase in cost could be a meal from Maddox in Perry. I will be able to report more on this tomorrow morning.

Well last year the WClub bus was $45 which included Maddox.

The student bus was $25 which included Do Little Deli's and the 6th Man Shirt.

Hopefully their will be multiple student buses for $10-15
 
Update (Oct 29)

Students are planning on taking 2 busses. No price yet but likely $15-20 for the ride and the game tkt.

WClub is also taking 2 busses and the cost is $45 but it will also include Maddox food. And of course the band will be taking one bus.

The 2 WClub busses are for sure and the student busses are still in the making but all 4 busses have been reserved.

For those that want to go but will just drive up. GA tkt is $15 on ISU's site each. You can get a group rate of 10-24 tkts for $7.50 each.

I hope to see a record WSU road crowd!

5 busses is roughly 250 people, plus those that drive. I bet we had 50 people at NAU that didnt ride on the busses and that was 10 hours away!!!

Students = $35 bus ride, ticket, snacks & etc, and tailgate at the stadium before game. The student bus is leaving earlier than the Alum/Wildcat Club. BTW if the students could find a sponsor for the trip, the cost would go down.

Game time is 1:30 p.m. the time was changed after schedules were printed because of TV.

Dose anyone know what section they are getting the seats in? Or dose it not matter and we can just sit where ever we want. My wife and I are making the trip, and I must say I am a lucky man, she has reminded me twice to get the tickets for this game.

Since we found out about the $5 group tickets, the Purple Pak is working on getting the price down.

Also, in the meeting yesterday, they talked about cancelling it if its gonna be $35.

Ya, it won't matter, we might be the only ones there! lol Just get ur tkt and come sit by the WSU band.
 
The tickets that are available are in Section L around the 10 yard line. The WSU ticket office is getting some in, so call the Dee ticket office, and buy them here.
 
For those of us driving up on our own, how do we get in on the discount tickets? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Fry?
 
I heard that a Weber State administrator called the Sky on ISU, and told them that the Bengals were not playing nicely. LOOL, ISU got in trouble! Student Tickets are going to be $15...

H*** ya! Just call Bev Rudd or go to the Alumni Center and ask for Bev. Or sign up at the game on Saturday. Also, I think there will be a signup in the Union Building today from 9-1.

They would love for all students to join The Pak but you won't be excluded from going on the bus. Go signup. I think the first bus is already half full (2 busses).
