OHSU & PSU combine. The name 'Oregon' is part of the hybrid university's new name. I might suggest
Oregon Institute of Science, Technology and the Arts
(OISTA)
OISTA sounds like 'Oyster' as in "make the world your oyster" and is Coastal Northwesty.
