According to Rivals: 2-Star recruit Jordan Knapp has committed to Weber State on 10/10/13 he is a 6-5 280 Lineman. Pretty sweet deal.

I was wondering why but there is no other interest in him apparently.
But at least someone still has an interest in our program, even if it is just a way to pay for college.

I sure hope that isn't a common reason but I've looked over the football field on more than one occasion over the years and wondered that very thing. :ohno:

I looked into this kid. I don't understand how he can be a 2 Star recruit, maybe he cut off the interest when he got the offer from Weber. I don't care, all I care about is that he has an offer and has verballed to Weber. Thats good enough for me.

Getting guys who are earning Stars makes our program look that much better.

Lee Crosby from Snow has received a lot of offers, but is one of Weber's top targets for the 2014 season. http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Lee-Crosby-142520?colleges=show#college_choices" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

He is a three-star. Granted, I like the idea of hitting up mostly freshman, but the occasional JC transfer can definitely be used to help fill in the games, especially if they are going to contribute immediately. See DJ Bush and Chris Wheeler.

Three Star Travis Zimmerman, another lineman (I'm thinking the line needs depth more than anything else, but if a good player comes and contribute, makes us that much better) has an offer from the Cats
