Eleven new Hornets have come in via the NCAA's new One-Time Transfer Rule. Five each are on offense and defense, and one is on special teams. It will be interesting to see how these transfers impact us. Two defensive transfers come from the Kitties, and therefore would have been required to sit a year under the old rules. Another defensive transfer has Folsom HS connections. On the offensive side of the ball, we get one of the Richardson boys coming from the Manure Pile. On special teams, we steal a punter from UNR, having made the transfer mere days before the start of camp.
