Just read that he is looking to transfer via the graduate transfer rule. Will have one year of eligibility left. Wonder if the coaches are interested. Seems we could use the help at Safety.
 
hopefully the Eastern coaches reach out to him. if he is looking to play CB, there's probably not much of a chance he'll come here.

No chance. Baldwin goes on record in an interview criticizing the NCAA on the graduate transfer rule, and people think he's going to go after a guy who is transferring under the very same rule a month later? He'll end up at Portland State.

Jezuz, if you are going to go to PSU you may as well stay at O an ride the bench.
