I was checking out the latest in the coaching carousel and find this tidbit. Apparently, griz's HC's son is the a WR at ASU. He threw his dad's name into the suggestion box on live radio interview in AZ. I didn't put 2-n-2 together, so I didn't get that that is his dad. That would be an interesting move. Aside from his son, he does have ties to the university. He was an asst. there from 95-00.

I doubt it. Pflugrad has been around the Pac 10 as assistant at Washington State, Arizona State and Oregon.
There is no buzz about it on the Montana board. Before this playoff run most posters up there wanted to lynch him!

Apparently, the younger Pflugrad's suggestion was never considered. Reports are circulating that Todd Graham of Pitt will be the next HC at ASU.

This search is over. The HC at Pitt resigned when the AD wouldn't let him interview for the ASU job. ASU almost immediately hired him.
