Sac State announced that starting PG Marcus Graves will miss the season due to back surgery. Graves averaged 14 points and 5.8 assists in Big Sky play last year. He’ll be a big loss for the Hornets. Here’s hoping for a complete recovery. Back surgery can be a tricky thing.

He had the surgery early this last summer....his recovery is going very well...I saw him Saturday and he was walking as normal as ever...if you didn't know he had surgery, you wouldn't know anything had been operated on...all signs are he will be back stronger than ever since he has been in pain for quite awhile...

Glad to hear, Sac, looking forward to seeing him back on the court next season.
