There are 116 teams in all of NCAA FCS football, the Eagles are tied with several teams @ 101. :ohno:

A 10 yd holding call in the WSU game resulted in taking a successful FG off the board, but MUCH better last game, only penalties for 25 yards
 
Definitely an area for improvement. You can play with penalties against a cp and get away with it. Against WSU or even MSU you cannot.
