Phil Nelson to transfer from Washington to PSU

This has been posted before, but it is great news for b-ball team. He does have to sit out this season, but with him, Domonic Waters (Hawaii transfer), and Jamie Jones (Portland transfer), the men's team will be strong even with the loss of Morrison, Huff, Lucas, and etc. in 09. I've never seen anything offical on the Jones transfer, so info on that would be great.
