Where do the bids come into play? Lumped together with all at large invites or only against the team you are bracketed with?

As per comments from committee chairs in the past and maybe even the NCAA handbook, the bids remain sealed until all 24 teams are selected and the brackets are set.

That of course doesn't mean that committee members know Montana will out-draw San Diego.
