Here in NorCal, we're enduring what (by OUR standards, anyway) is VERY similar to a monsoon. In fact, it's so bad that CBS-13 is reporting pieces of the ceiling falling at the Roseville Galleria due to a leak. If you're braving the weather to do your Christmas shopping (or ANYTHING else), PLEASE be careful wherever you are.
