Any ideas on where to direct live streaming complaints? I'm not smart enough to understand what the issue is so I don't know who to yell at.... I'm just over it. :pissed: :pissed: :pissed:

The audio is noticably worse this year. I don't think it is Pluto's fault though, I think it is EWU's sound crew that are messing up. I could be wrong, though.

If you ever are forced to rely using Pluto TV as your only video option, always look in to radio (airwaves or streaming) options as a back up. Closing out of the app and coming back into it , is a decent troubleshooting step for most technical issues; but having a back up plan is always a good way to go.

I think the major issue is that they use or cut to the scoreboard feed for the pluto feed. That why we get the shaky picture of the fans and no audio right as the ball is being snapped. Pluto is just the platform, they aren't producing the content. You can go on goeags.com and look at the staff directory, but I wouldn't want to yell at our own people too much...

I used to just use radio, but I can no longer pause either to try and "align" the sound with the video feed.

I've only been able to get PlutoTV to work on my tablet. Video and audio won't load on my PS4. The other channels work, just not the Big Sky feeds. The feed through my phone is iffy. It plays, buffers, plays, buffers, etc. I've noticed that I've had problems with the Eastern feeds ever since WatchBigSky left America One. That was still the best streaming service in my opinion.

Exactly! I always figure I get what I deserve if I'm not at the games. That said, the watchbigsky site gives far better streaming than PlutoTV. The feed is the same, but it is on less of a delay (within a couple of seconds of the radio broadcast) and seems to lose signal far less often.

Also, the Southern Utah game will be produced by Eleven Sports. They do a pretty good job of broadcasting games. Solid graphics and few mistakes in the feed. We should be in good shape for the next game.

You can also catch Eastern's home games on the SWX app, which streams the TV broadcast. You have to lie about your location though, because they refuse to stream to people outside of their coverage area. I have no idea why, it would seem they'd want to maximize viewership.

I wish. Unfortunately, these days I'm only able to get to a couple of games in person. Sucks, and also why I wish there were a more reliable platform for live streams. Root is great but they only broadcast a couple games a year.

I have been using my Amazon Fire stick with zero issues on my large tv. It also might be the download speed of your internet/Wi-Fi. You can check you speed by just searching on the Google to give you an idea of what your getting. Maybe an upgrade is needed one final thought for you....modem do go bad I had two that went bad so just throwing that out there.

We live in the midwest. If there was a way possible, we would be there.
