Wow, I rode past the lake last Monday and it is still frozen. Must have broke ice to take the plunge. How many people did this? Anyone who did this deserves big time praise. Way to go Eags and everyone who participated. I am in next year!

Does anybody here do the "cold bath" as part of athletic training? I know a few people who swear by jumping into the ice after a big workout. It looks like absolute misery to me. I don't think I'd see my penis for the next week or so after doing it.
