Who Wins the Big Sky Tournament?

BSCT started in 1976. Griz have hosted the tournament 4 times and twice they lost the tournament. In 1978 they hosted and we won the tournament. We have lost the conf tourney at home 4 times out of 11 and once to the griz.

Bolded are the years the hosting school didn't make it to the NCAA Tourament by not getting the automatic bid.

EWU vs Griz should be interesting to watch. What chance is their EWU wins? I do not think it would happen but EWU and PSU are the next best teams after Griz & Weber this year.

Will Griz & Weber soundly beat EWU & PSU or will they be close games and/or too close?

I would expect our game to be a little more competitive than the UM game. However, EW does have some athletes and anything can happen, and sometimes does. It is UM's home floor, and they are playing with a lot of confidence right now. EW is all over the place, but scarry. PSU is good, but quite predictable. They are skilled enough to put together a good game. We will need to show up strong to win. We can't afford to play against anyone the way we played against UM. :coffee:
