Poor Shooting Killing Weber

Weber shot 33.3% from the field against Utah St, including 10.0% on 3s. They shot 29.7% against UC Santa Barbara, including 18.4% on 3s. For the season they are shooting 31.5%, and 15.5% on 3s. Only two players, Bullinger (42.1%) and Morris (60.0%), are shooting over 40%. And only one player, Morris, is shooting over 50%. Aren't going to win many ballgames shooting like that.

Imagine what willl happen when we start hitting shots!

against UCSB the 38 3pt attempts was 3 shy of the school record of 41 in 1994.

lillard alone shot more than the other team looooool

To say that I'm not worried would be a bold face lie, but I have faith in the abilities of this team. They haven't been shooting the ball well, but have been in both games. Personally, I think the team is settling for the long shot before they are trying to get the ball inside. A big reason why they were successful and got back to within two was that they were pushing the ball inside. 48 3pt attempts in two games is way to many, but then again, if Weber was shooting 40% from 3pt range, we'd all be saying that the game plans were perfect and not to stop anything.

20 against usu
38 against ucsb

ur right about the no complaints if the ball was falling. im gonna make a guarantee this year. this yr's team will tie or break the school record for 3's in a game. They did it last yr and i think we will see them do it again. its not much of a stretch considering they hit 19 in htat first exhib game.

record made 3's - 15 - 2009
record attempted 3's - 41 - 1994

FIELD GOAL PERCENTAGES G FGM FGA Pct
1. Northern Colorado 5 127 263 .483
2. Montana 5 118 245 .482
3. Northern Arizona 3 91 190 .479
4. Montana State 3 71 151 .470
5. Portland State 4 102 218 .468
