I'm usually one that tries not to use the officials as an excuse, but I'm done with that approach.

We will never, ever, get a fair shake in the big sky conference. There were two PI/holding calls on our secondary that the pro-UM broadcast crew couldn't even believe. The one on Shead turned a 4th down for UM into a TD. I guess we did get away with one on that non-call for holding on our fake punt that got a TD.

Ryan Rau better get defensive player of the week. He was a beast out there today.

The refs in the big sky always suck. It's a rare occasion where the game is well officiated. There were several calls on both side that were terrible, plus some missed calls. Obviously depending on which team you are rooting for, the bad calls that go against your team are easier to see. As a Griz fan there were a LOT of no-calls on some pretty blatant holding. That fake punt one was one of the worst non-calls I've ever seen.

Anyway, I'm sure there's one thing that most fans of all big sky teams can agree on... the Big Sky refs are terrible in both Football and Basketball.
