Post moderation

Why is the order of posts being messed with?

So what if someone calls the Aggies the "dairy yewts"?

I noticed that CatCat moved the 2014 recruiting class up around signing day. But no one really had anything new to say about the recruiting. What was the point? He also changed the title of Tals post about Richardson signing a day early.

Why does a moderator even care about these things?

Meanwhile, you have another mod that calls people jack wagons, retards and a-holes if they say anything negative about the team at all.

you are all correct. all posts must be inline with the opionions of ajwild or catcat or you will get the smackdown.

actually...

any green or red colored user name is a mod. non green/red can't moderate anything.

if you see a thread get pinned to the top its a sticky thread meaning it it is to be at the top to be more noticiable. this comesa and goes over the year for various threads not sure why it needs to be discussed. at the very top is the announcment threads.

there is a lot of word censoring too on this board which is needed to reduce the number of complaints to the admin since there is a lot of unnecessary immaturaty on here which is common when users can hide behind an alias.

we do have a list of forum rules - http://www.bigskyfans.com/wildcats/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1328" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . its an announcment thread in football since we have a lot more issues in football side of things. personal insults toward other forum members (and athletes) isnt actually allowed. i say we have skeeter be in charge of moderating. :thumb:

The #1 violator of this policy is a moderator (ajwildcat). I have a real problem with his repeated use of the word "retard". It is offensive, not acceptable and should not be tolerated. He usually the first to start the name calling. Why don't any of his offensive posts get taken down? But you send off a post calling the Aggies the Dairy Yewts?

Catcat aka bobandwaldo runs the show to his bizarre liking.
Catcat, Please don't talk to other forum members about insulting when one mod does most of the insulting around here.

If you worried about AJ's comments a fraction of what you worry about Anti Aggie comments this board would be a whole lot better.

The term "Retard" is disgusting, & shows what a slob AJ is by using it so frequently

Explain why a tread entitled "Keep Jody Sears" deserves to be "more noticeable". So mods can decide for us which OPINIONS are more important than others? Pure BS!

all great points and i agree especially about the name calling. cringe. i did mention in another thread about my poor judgement so making ajwildboy a mod probalby wasnt the best decision of the catcat administration which is in its 3rd term (1 too many). we can at least resolve this matter by adding a word censor. we can change it to "banana slug". please note that this change will also change it in your post too.

i couldn't agree more....so i wont. basically its complete nonsense to rely on the opionions of mods such as myself. i wouldnt put up with and imagine how i must feel being me. i would can myself in a heartbeat

basically i am under the impression that the school admins will read these threads and make their athletic department decisions. so if "dont fire sears" thread is sticky it mean we are telling ann not to fire sears and then she wont. :thumb:

uh...to get right down to it pretty much nothing. i talk a big game but after all is said and done there is usuaally more said than done. just ask bengalhater or wazzuwild about when we play hoop. i never stop talking trash. but at least no name calling!

probably should also mention that as much moderating as we have on here this board wouldnt be much different than egriz. so take that as a good thing or bad thing. but like mentioned earlier if someone complains then something gets "fixed".

Did someone complain about the USU aka Dairy Yewts thread?

What is an example of content that the university asked you to remove?

And Happy Birthday by the way.

The university doesn't care what's on this board, unless it's some kind of recruiting violation. It's just catcat being a smartass.
