Potato Match Part 2: WSU @ ISU

Bengals beat us in Ogden for the first time since 2006-07. Then they went like 3-0 or 4-0 then started losing..we need to get this win to avoid a tater sweep.

Single, longest, most intense rivalry we have in the BSC. None of our guys should have to get up for this game. I think that our freshmen are just starting to sense that now. We know, darn good and well, that ISU gets up to play us. I just had knee surgery today and won't be able to make the short drive up I-15, or I would be there yelling my lungs out. I hope we have a good contingent making the short trip.

Very nice win on the road, guys.

Thanks, but it was an ugly win. We'll take it though.

Griz on the other hand are on fire. Totally smoking every team they play. You guys got one heck of a team this year.

Thanks WC. So far so good, but the schedule gets decidedly more difficult beginning Thursday. And of course, we have to play Weber yet. I feel fairly comfortable with where the Griz are right now, but I'm not exactly pondering where to hang the banner yet either.

We only get the Griz in Montana this year. That kinda sucks, but that's the way it is. IMHO, the Griz are almost a lock for the #1 seed in Reno. It doesn't mean they are a lock to win it. Anything can happen in that sort of atmosphere. Who gets the next three spots is a total crap shoot. There are five or six teams who could get lucky and win the trip to the dance. :coffee:
