Is the NCAA really going to hand down sanctions to PSU the day before we open the season?

I hope this is just a bad rumor.

This is just craziness. Every flippin' business gives "discounts" especially on services. They are not getting comped anything especially stuff. No free shoes, free dinners or working for nothing. This is nothing. How many schools' players are working out at private entities? These kids are working out, nothing else.
