Powerhouse last night

The local sports show "Powerhouse" did a feature on Weber State's winning streak last night. There was a clip that showed some of our beloved fans, several of whom post on this forum. I saw Talhadfoursteals and Baskerville. I'm sure there were a few I missed. Someone should see if they can get that segment from KJZZ and post it somewhere.

i saw it too. it was pretty cool. it had interviews with Rahe, Mccoy, Davis and Panos.
I think aquiring it from KJZZ seems like something that is right up catcat's alley. What do you say, catcat?

Amada Chavez...Weber State Letter winner... comes through for the Cats!!

As I was at the movie last night, and it was before all the previews and all that crap, one of the sweetest commercials came on. It was that of Weber States Mens' Hoops. It had a couple of Davis dunks (against MT) on that huge screen. It was a surprise to me, something I didn't expect and everyone else in the theatre was wondering what I was yelling about. I then proceeded to give a lesson to the person next to me abour Weber basketball. But alas, I didn't do as good as a job as Bob would have done. But dammit Tal and Bigpoppaskills would have been proud. :D  :D  :D

What movie was it and what theater ya sod?

That is a pretty sweet video. There's some of our state press, I guess. Is Ms. Chavez the daughter of Javier? Freakin' Javier's!!! I love that place! I think I saw one of the guys at Smith's last night when I was grocery shopping and I wanted to grab him and tell him the B-ball team was doing a great job, but didn't know if it would be appropriate.

BTW, does anybody know why we can't comment on the attendance thread?

I pretty sure it was at the Megaplex in Ogden. My sister works there and they have this pre-show. I asked her if they had something about Weber St. basketball on there and she told me yes.

Those spots are at the Megaplex in Ogden, and will be running for a few weeks. This is a direct result of the survey that was done late last summer. :D Glad to hear that it is finally running!!

I'm always a big skeptical of a comment from someone that is only a "Big Sky 1st Teamer"

One day you will be a "Big Sky Champ"!!

I am THE source for info!!! Don't give me any of that crap about not having good info. Who else is placed as well as I am??? (hehehe)
