Practice Starting?

The women started practice today. The men can't be far behind. Within the next three weeks we will find out who will step up and make the rotation, who will red shirt, who has improved and who will surprise everyone. It is fairly obvious who the 1, 2, and 3 players are. Who will be the first and second guards off the bench? What will the rotation at 4 and 5 be? I don't think that the coaches know all the answers just yet. They need to see how the new players react to coaching and structure. How quickly they will learn all of the offensive and defensive sets, and play with the team, all remains to be seen.

One thing I know, for sure, is that we are deeper and more tallented than we have been in a long tome.

Chime in when you get info.

Practice starts next week, not sure which day for sure. I think I heard Wednesday was the first official practice date for men's b-ball. There may be some midnight madness events in the US on Saturday?

I'm not sure if I'm counting right, but I think the first practice will be next Thursday, at least according to the men's basketball Facebook page:

Yesterday, the post said that it was 10 days until the first official practice.

The men will start practice next Friday (October 14). Women's basketball has switched to a different preseason practice model, which is why they began yesterday.
