Seven Weber State University football players were accorded pre-season all-America honors by the Consensus Draft Services. KYLE MUTCHER (6-3, 300 Sr. Offensive Center / Park City, Utah) was named First Team. TREVYN SMITH (5-9, 210 Sr. Running Back / Springville, Utah) was named to the Second Team. Earning Honorable Mention honors were CAMERON HIGGINS (6-2, 210 Jr. Quarterback / Hawai’i Kai, Hawai’i), KEVIN LINEHAN (6-3, 255 Sr. Defensive End / Los Alamitos, California), JOSH MORRIS (6-0, 185 Sr. Cornerback / Ada, Oklahoma), CODY NAKAMURA (6-1, 230 Sr. Tight End / Wailuku, Hawai’i) and TIM TOONE (5-10, 175 Sr. Wide Receiver / Peoria, Arizona). ... The honors are the first of the year for the Wildcats. All seven players mentioned above earned all-America honors following the 2008 season. ...
